📢 Marketing Responsibilities


  • Participate in on- and off-site outreach events

  • Post stories or updates on social media during events

  • Distribute flyers and marketing materials as needed

  • Track outreach contacts in Entrata

  • Support property-wide campaigns (giveaways, move-in specials)


🧾 Administrative & Leasing Responsibilities


  • Update Entrata notes, tasks, and follow-ups daily

  • Track leads through the full leasing funnel

  • Communicate gift card/concession preferences before lease generation

  • Monitor unit availability and maintain updated knowledge of availability

  • Place leads in Matrix or request to have them placed by manager

  • Reach out to all neglected leads daily

  • Clear the Entrata Dashboard daily

  • Respond to all new leads within 1 hour

  • Schedule and confirm tours

  • Execute engaging, informative tours

  • Input Entrata notes after all touchpoints

  • Handle objections and recommend floor plans

  • Guide applicants through the leasing process

  • Confirm all move-in paperwork is submitted

  • Follow their lead through the lifecycle and complete all pre-move-in steps


🤝 Team & Communication Responsibilities


  • Hand off leads properly with context and notes

  • Keep manager in the loop on hot or urgent leads

  • Shadow tours during training periods

  • Attend all staff meetings and contribute during activities

  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with all team members


🧼 Professional Expectations


  • Maintain professional dress and attitude at all times

  • Arrive on time and ready to work your assigned shift

  • Keep the front office and tour path clean and stocked

  • Uphold fair housing practices and represent the community brand
